"I liked the location, about a 10-minute walk from the metro station and major shopping centers. It has everything you need to sleep well and take a bath. The staff are incredibly friendly and offer you refreshments and water as soon as you arrive. I requested a deep clean of the room because my partner has asthma and I had read some negative comments, and it was spotless. I liked the room because it was comfortable and the bathroom was also new; it's a very simple hotel from the outside, but the rooms inside were fine. I didn't like the entrance; the exterior could be better presented."
"Convenient location but definitely a longer walk than I expected so had to get a taxi to Westfield. Friendly and accommodating staff. Bed was a bit hard."
